John Einreinhofer is a highly-qualified attorney with experience bringing cases to settlement, verdict, and arguing before the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals. His performance has earned him membership in the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, which is reserved for attorneys reaching settlements in cases of $2 million or more. Einreinhofer has also become known in West Virginia for his work on sexual harassment and discrimination cases.

 

Einreinhofer received an AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell in the practice areas of Personal Injury, Litigation and Insurance. The rating demonstrates that a lawyer had earned the highest rating available for their legal ability and professional ethics. Einreinhofer concentrates his practice on representing plaintiff’s in litigation.

 

Einreinhofer is primarily based in West Virginia, where he is actively involved in the community through volunteering and sponsorships. He is the proud father proud father of WVU grad with a criminology major.

 

Einreinhofer enjoys attending WVU and Marshall sporting events, as well as boxing and mixed martial arts events. An avid and well-versed boxing fan, Einreinhofer was named a member of the Transnational Boxing Rankings Board and offers commentary as a contributor on the popular boxing podcast Inside Boxing Weekly on www.TheGruelingTruth.net.

 

While attending West Milford High School, Einreinhofer played both varsity football and track. He also was also a varsity letter winner at Ithaca College, where he played football and ran track. While an undergraduate at Ithaca, Einreinhofer broadcasted on both television and radio and wrote for the school newspaper.
