John Einreinhofer is a highly qualified attorney with over 35 years experience bringing cases to settlement, verdict, and appeal. His performance earned him membership in the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, which is reserved for attorneys reaching settlements or verdicts in cases of $2 million or more. John has handled significant personal injury, wrongful death and insurance claims throughout his career, John has also become known in West Virginia for his notable work on sexual harassment and employment discrimination and whistleblower cases.

John spends time at the primary location in South Charleston, West Virginia and is involved in the local legal community and community at large. John also spends time practicing law from Newfoundland/West Milford Township, New Jersey. 

 He is the proud father of his son John, who is a West Virginia University graduate with a criminology major and now works in law enforcement. 

John enjoys is an avid sports fan who enjoys attending WVU and Marshall sporting events, as well as boxing and mixed martial arts events. John enjoys vacationing at the Jersey Shore. An avid and well-versed boxing fan, John was named a member of the Transnational Boxing Rankings Board and offers commentary as a contributor on the popular boxing podcast The Rope A Dope Radio Podcast

While attending West Milford High School, John played football and ran track.  At Ithaca College, John was a varsity letter winner in track, participating for four years, and also played one year of football. He is an avid runner, having completed 19 marathons—including Hatfield McCoy, Marshall, Athens (Ohio), Jersey City, and Atlantic City—with plans to run more. As an undergraduate at Ithaca College, John broadcast on both television and radio and wrote for the school newspaper.
